In a higher stakes MTT I woulda probably just shoved turn but I figure I couldn't push him off much because he's mostly likely an idiot... I had no idea what to put him on and his line made absolutely no sense.... ugh is this ugly?

I prefer to raise the flop (and call a shove of course).

Something like raise to 155000 on the flop, shove any turn.
