Default Monitor for 9 tabling

Hi all, I am running everyone with 4 tables and want to make the jump to 9. I will get a new computer but need to know the monitor I need to pull this off, all help appreciated.

yeah definitely go with the dell 30 incher. I have one and it's great. Make sure you research what kind of video card is necessary to run it though (I forget, but obv it's high-end).

i found this decent cheaper end model http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824001226

could i use this monitor, hook the vga cables into my laptop or get another computer and set it up? i am definitely overlooking other things i need to buy!!!

I have one of these.
It's perfect for FOUR tables.

This is a good monitor for 9-tables as long as you have decent eyes and you are using resizable tables at Pokerstars (or Fulltilt soon). 1600x1200 resolution is what you need.

What about the widescreen 20" displays that have a 1680x1050 resolution, are they any good for multitabling?

I played 9 tables on a 20 at pokerstars, it was a pain in the ass. 8 tables on 2 20's was a lot better.

yea consensus sounds like i am going for 2, i will post pics once i get everything set up in a week or 2
