Ah, deep stacks late game. I guess you can limp or raise to 400. Not sure what's best.

Re: $60 99 L4 and odd stack
I dont think limp on the 50-100 level is a good idea. I either raise or fold.

Re: $60 99 L4 and odd stack
I think folding 99 on the BT here would be too weak.

raise to 350-400 and play post flop....you're way ahead of his CO limp range

Re: $60 99 L4 and odd stack
With these stacks I tend to just call in position. Try to induce an SB or BB squeeze shove. If that happens and CO flatcalls I'd consider shoving over him. 42-0 isn't that likely to have a monster just because he limped. Often a worse PP.
I just don't see the need to raise preflop when you know he's going to call, and the hand is going to be ugly postflop if there are overs and he doesn't go away. You wind up back down at 1500 chips wondering what happened. I'm perfectly content to take a small pot of this dude when his pretty cards whiff or his small PP doesn't hit a set. |

Re: $60 99 L4 and odd stack
I think there is to much value to limp. 400.
