Default NL 100 - Pull the trigger with 55 unimproved?

This is from a Swedish site. It is equivalent to $0.5/1 NL.
ZeB_83 is a huge fish/donk playing every hand. He usually comes in with a raise and continues through the hand with hopeless bluffs. He has outdrawn a couple of thousand players with one or two outs...

I've noticed that he usually bet small with hands (good or bad) and larger with the total bluff. I've only seen him play for a couple of rounds though. Lately he has checked some flops multiway, where he used to fire with a random hand. Some of those times he wanted to check down bottom pair though.

Seat 1: ZeB_83 (2806.33)
Seat 2: Himpan (2060.00)
Seat 3: Eleria (1430.80)
Seat 4: HERO (1052.00)
Seat 5: TheFievel (3089.35)
Himpan Pays SB 5.00
Eleria Pays BB 10.00
** Dealing cards **
ZeB_83 [N/A, N/A]
Himpan [N/A, N/A]
Eleria [N/A, N/A]
HERO [5c, 5h]
TheFievel [N/A, N/A]
*** Bet Round 1 ***
HERO Raises to 40.00
TheFievel Fold
ZeB_83 Calls 40.00
Himpan Fold
Eleria Fold
*** Flop(Board): *** : [2c, Jc, 8d]
*** Bet Round 2 ***
HERO Checks <----- I can't stand a raise....
ZeB_83 Bets 90.00
HERO Calls 90.00 <---- ..... and I don't want to fold just yet
*** Turn(Board): *** : [2c, Jc, 8d, 4h]
*** Bet Round 3 ***
HERO Checks
ZeB_83 Bets 250.00 <---- benign card, and the flush didn't get there.
I think I have the best hand, I don't want to get outdrawn. I may make an 8 fold although he would probably checked behind or bet smaller.
HERO All-in 922.00

Looks bad. Be more patient against this guy. Play lots of hands against him if you think he's going to stack off this light.

C/F UI is OK v this guy. You cant call 2 streets let alone 3, so dont try to here.

c/c'ing the flop is bad

bet the flop..

your c/r on the turn probably won't fold out anything but a bluff
