Default FTP 24+2 45 SitnGo 99 Facing Large PFR

Might seem a little standard, but was does a 7x BB raise mean, especially in the second level. Am I popping this, or folding?

I think folding 99 is too weak here - this should be no big PP, but TT and JJ are possibilities

So there are two possibilities

1.) shove
2.) call and get it in on any non A/K flop

It would be nice to know any info on mp2... and i take it after the bet the co-sb folds?

If he's nitty it's a fold most of the time imo, especially at 20/40. if he's active I'd prolly shove.
