Default My OOP baby flush got min-raised

First orbit with UTG. I've been involved with him in one other hand. Then, I raised preflop and he called in position. He called my bet on an Axx flop and I check/folded the turn. I've also seen him call a pot bet with middle pair on the flop and then check it down.

I can't improve anymore at this point. If I call, I'll have 2/3PSB left for the river, so I'm not terribly deep, but I don't like my hand much anymore with the min-raise. Can I call here and re-evaluate on the river, or is there a better course of action?
