Default Is Prima going to cut RB?

I don't know if it was discussed before, but I keep hearing rumors about Primas RB. I heard from several players that Prima is going to cut their RB to 30% in february. This will affect all existing accounts who is getting 30+% RB. Is it true?

True. The maximum players will be able to receive is 30%, and there will be no advertising of prima rakeback. The player must first create the account, deposit, and play, before the affiliate can offer the player rakeback.

If we have 63%, it's going down to 30%?

[ QUOTE ]
By 1st February 2007 the maximum amount of RakeBack to any player on the MGS network will be 30%. Therefore those players currently with more than 30% will have to be reduced to 30% between 28 November 2006 and 1st February 2007
