-------------------------

I notice when I raise on the flop after having checked already that I have two pair. I couldn't have been happier when he checked the river to me.

How is my play here? This was only my second hand at the table so I had no reads/stats.

Please tell me if I am playing this wrong.

Don't c/r in limped pots. Don't c/r weak 2 pair hands in limped pots. I like a bigger raise on the turn to $8. River is obv. good.

You need to lead this on the flop. Turn must be raised more than 6 dollars. Easy check behind on river

he totally had a draw and was blocking on it. 89 or KQ. I can't believe he checked that river, that's just really bad.

make the turn raise bigger, and fold to a 3/bet

Charger i checked raised because I didn't initially notice I had two pair until it came back round to me after I had already checked and it made more sense to raise than simply call.

Villain had higher two pair. I was expecting a busted draw but I checked the river just in case.

Thanks all.
