I raise less preflop, ~60$. As played I like check on the flop. As played I call the turn. You still have outs for a boat and 200$ in a 900$ looks ok. The river I fold.

Yeah, you don't need to raise that much, but no big deal. I might check that flop. What are their ranges to call so much PF? A lot of 2 pair hands, maybe a set, some big combo draws, maybe some pockets under the board. A bet could cause you to get raised off the best hand. As hand was played, I would definetly fold river.

PF raise is fine. They come along with a lot of random crap if you raise to t60 and you'll usually get several callers that will have a position on you which is bad for big PP, especially such vulnerable as QQ. So, I think raise to t100 is OK at first two levels (10/20 and 15/30).

As played I'd pot the flop and push the turn. If he has A - oh, well, but it looks like a blocking bet from a flush draw. And even if he has an ace, you still have ~10 outs.

The rest looks good, but fold river (I might check the flop)
A str8 is most likely, but also flush

pf raise is fine, 80 is fine too. again, raising to 60 loses you value. how often are you throwing away QQ in l1 in a 6.50? not often, so raising more with your monster hand is fine.
