If his got at set (77 or 44) and no redraw im a little better than 40% dog.
He could have a flush draw. But a set is more likely.

If I cut him down to a set I have to fold.

But can I fold this hand unless im 100% sure his got a set?

Sure, you can fold...After folding, close all your PLO tables and try razz or stud....Looks like a pretty standard shove to me, top pair and huge wrap and your stack is not deep, dont know how much more youre looking for on the flop IMO

I'd fold here aswell..
I like to check the flop here, to keep the pot small for a cheaper turn.. Pot-raise usually means you're behind, with bad equity..

Or, you could call, giving you a chance to save some if the board pair. Villain should have a set here.. If a good card, or even a brick falls, you could push in.. I would not go for that 2nd line, but I think it's a better option than shoving the flop...

Just get it in. There's a chance your 9's good here and if it's not, you're not losing much. The only way you get in really bad here is if you're up against a flush draw with two pair or better.

if you put him on a set you do not have to fold, how can you be so lazy not to at least try to work this one out.

IMHO- ANYONE who folds here 100bb deep should not be playing PLO.

Why is that?
If he's like 90% sure he's up against a set, folding is the only correct play.

allthough the flop was "good", it's not not a great spot..

To be 90% sure of anything in omaha is unlikely...OP didn't list any strong reads, etc...I just think that for 100bb folding here is way too tight/weak...He would never play 2 pair, AA or a FD this way? He would never make this move as a semibluff with a weaker SD? I think it's an easy shove and don't see how you could ever fold.

Edit: 84BB
