Why does my cache keep getting messed up.

For some reason, my browser or something else in my computer goes goofy, causing some icons on this site, (and possibly others), to appear differently than they should. Cases in point;








I use Firefox and have the current version, and I usually just clear out my cache and it usually fixes this, but what is the cause, how can I prevent it? There's been more than a few times where I am looking at a HH in a post where the flop is all diamonds or something and the poster is asking whether he should fold the "nuts" as my screen shows he has the nut flush, but the card suit graphics are messed up.

Hmm... I seem to recall this happening to me, but I can't for the life of me remember what I did to fix it. Can you list what extensions you have installed (if any)?
