Does he frequently 3-bet with two cards? Looks like it. I wouldn't really mind raising again PF to $6 and calling a push. It's a big gamble, but certainly +EV. He's a maniac.

I thought he might be 3-betting with 87o, Kx, etc., with those numbers. I like just calling PF and raising this flop. You can definitely find a better spot to gamble though... how is he still around after 45 hands?
