Default Crown Princess Casino

In August I'll be on the Crown Princess for a 10 day cruise from New York to the Caribbean. I've checked out reviews of the cruise ship that have said there is Texas Hold'em in the onboard casino. Should I assume there will be No Limit in the casino? Limit was the first poker I played, but I have only played No Limit for the past 2 1/2 years. It would not be difficult to refresh my memory on how to play Limit. Anyone know what I should expect on the ship?

More likely than not, the game on the ship will be limit. Most likely, it will be small stakes in the 3-6 to 4-8 range, but I was pleasantly surprised when I cruised on a different cruise line and they had 10-20. The rake was 10% to $15, but the players were far worse than a normal B&M game.

I took the Carnival out of New York last year they had one elecronic table with 3/6. I am taking a carnival out of Miami this year and i was wondering if anyone had taken this cruise and if I will have the same thing. One thing that is for sure its easy to pay for you and your guests cruise by playing the tables a few hours a day as people who have no clue of the game frequently sit down and spend a few hundred for something to do

Cruised Carnival out of Port Canaveral in Dec. We had to push the casino to start up (1) game of LHE $3/6. As long as there was interest, the ship sent us a dealer, so the same 8-12 guys kept "planning" our next meetup after taking the women out on the island, etc....but on the "day at sea" we kept a game going all day, breaking only for lunch and dinner!!!

I wonder why style had a dealer and I had the electronic table from New York when we both took the same cruise line. I asked carnival what my cruise will have out of Miami and they just said one table No details. Has anyone taken the Carnival out of Miami?

i was on a 7 day norwegian cruise line (which i think is better due to freestyle cruising), and the poker games rarely got going, but if it did, it was 3/6 or 5/10 limit
