I guess I made part 1 a little too random. I don't think the rest of the puzzle should require hints...
Hint: <font color="white"> First pay attention to the extra symbols and writings. Each picture has a bottom part and a top part. The top part will give you two words, then you need to figure out what to do with the bottom part once you have the top part. Also, I am assume this is common knowledge but the girl in the first picture is a character from Family Guy. </font>
