Default $16 bubble hand - Weird call?

Can someone run this through an ICM? Paulus33 is a winning player and I've played with him quite a few times, so he knows I know what Im doing. Even if he knows im pushing ATC, what does his he have to have to make this call and be +ev? I think KQ is way too weak, and is pretty -ev for both of us.

I think I call with 88+, AJ+.

Even on ATC, which you should be on, that is a terrible call.

Maybe TT+ he can call with? I'll run the numbers to see just how bad that call is assuming you're on ATC.

Edit: after running the numbers, his call is -2.3% and should be calling 88+.

Some people don't think like this, and some think KQ is the nuts.
