2/4nl 6 max, Bluff
Notes on villain: Wide opening range, C-bets constantly. Loose and fairly aggressive but not maniacal. Hero is playing mostly TAG, hasn't done anything remarkable at this table.

Re: 2/4nl, Bluff
his bet sizes are pretty weird for him having something he's folding, im thinking TT here or maybe he was trying to b3b AKhh AI and is now sucking u in on the turn. idk if i like this all the time, but if u think he'll fall for it, do it obv

Re: 2/4nl, Bluff
I'm not sure I like it, is this how you would play the flush draw + hitting flush? I think you get looked up a fair bit here but this is very villian dependant.

Re: 2/4nl, Bluff
shove when you miss the turn, not when you hit it.
I like calling on this turn and keeping him in the lead if you think you have the best hand, and he will go broke with AJ type of hands here. |

[/ QUOTE ] Trying to get to showdown here by calling him down is lighting money on fire, without a real specific read on his betting. Our hand is just too weak, and there are a bunch of hands that beat us that will fold (JJ has a real tough call, for example) or are drawing very live that we'd like out. Sure, he'll bluff the river sometimes, but is he really going to bluff it often enough for you to call a push? As for the hand, I fold PF. If I called, I would probably play it the same, post-flop. A great scare card, and a weak bet in a sizeable pot, if you have a solid image at all, he should lay down. Besides, you could easily have the best hand, if he has something like A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K/Q. |
