Re: AK hits Tp and gets pressure
Hand 1.
I probably call, and re-evaluate the turn. I´m folding river UI. If he bets big on turn, I probably fold it there. Might take call-call-call line against aggressive villian. Hand 2. Is kind of meh.. I might get it in on flop vs. this villian. I would probably shove this turn now, not too happy about it though. |

Re: AK hits Tp and gets pressure
hand 1 i call and re-evaluate the turn.
hand 2 is a lot tougher. True could pretty much have anything, so it comes down the likelyhood % of him making a move here with a draw, set/twopair, or bluff, and then acting accordingly. regardless though, it will be very marginal, as you're against a very good very aggressive player, so he is making sure those frequencies are at the correct proportion so that it is hard for you to judge what is the correct line. call-call-call for me is the worst line, he is far more likely to give action given with a hand that beats AK than one that doesnt. assuming call-call-call is not a good line, you therefore have to either raise or fold. if your going to raise, you should do so on the turn as that'll induce a (semi)bluff and maybe pot commit him to a draw. if your going to fold then he should do on the flop as you knows he'll very likely be firing again on the turn, so a flop call to only fold on the turn is pointless. so call-all in or fold look the best options i think. as for which one, base that on recent history, whether he has been playing a bit too laggy or a bit too taggy, which will be dependent on how he has been running, hopefully you will be able to have a slight inclination one way or the other and then based on that either fold or call-reraise allin. |

Re: AK hits Tp and gets pressure
1. I would call the flop, call the turn (maybe fold to some bets) and almost always fold to a river 3rd barrel. Our top pair does not have a great deal of value atall in that spot.
2. Can't really comment too much since I spoke to True about the hand, but my initial thoughts were either call turn fold river or call turn call river. The river shove is going to be pretty small though so I think you need to think about whether he expects you to fold to a shove which is such a small % of the pot size. |

Re: AK hits Tp and gets pressure
2nd hand: True is just good and it doesn`t even matter.
1st: Call flop and call tun if i get odds. No one likes a c/? |
