Would you limp/raise with a hand like AQs ? Please comment.

I fold KJ for sure and push AQ for sure at 75/150.

Here I might limp KJ (less likely) or raise AQ to 450 or 500 (more likely) with the expectation of being called and pushing the flop when checked to me.
