Default how do you play cold callers?

I seem to struggle when I have 60/7/1.5 morons on my left. They keep cold calling preflop, then calling the flop and betting when checked to on most streets.
Out of position it is just so difficult to play them.
Is best strategy to really tighten up preflop and only bet made hands and induce bluffs by checking?

When your running good its easy but if your hands aren't hitting my money just drains away because blind stealing seems impossible with these guys on your left.

you will be taking these lines a vast majority of the time:

- bet, check/fold
- bet, check/raise, bet
- bet, check/call, check/call
- bet, bet, check/call
- bet, bet, check/raise

which line is best with good overcards on raggy flops? That seems to be where I am draining the most money.

That guy is pretty agressive so c/c turn and river. If he's more passive you can b/f the turn and c/c or c/f or b/f the river depending on a lot of factors.

Steal less. Don't try to steal as much with marginal hands where you really want people to just fold.

Calling stations don't usually bet a lot even when checked to unless they have something. If they start to figure out they can get people to fold just by betting, try to get a checkraise in on them when you have a good hand to get them to calm down to their normally passive state.
