I would raise for value here. You get called by five here sometimes. If he pushes, it is close. I often call, just to be shown a 6.

How much would you raise? What do you think of pushing here hoping that he would fold a seven? That's what I did but I think it's not a good idea. I just want to make sure...

pushing off a 7 here is very good move, but depends on how good villain is thinking.
Raise river for value def. I'd raise 2.5*, call shove mostly. You'll see 6 rarely, rarely IMO for AA(KK sometimes from this villain), but still pretty close call for 100bb's
