Default A noob question

ok so say I have a hand

on the turn (pot is 140$ its 60$ for me to call)

I have a 37% equity in the hand, I need 31% equity to make a breakeven call.

How much do $ I make when I make this call?

(pot before the call)(37%) - (amount to call)(100%-37%) = $14.
