I would never shove here. Villain is second in chips and a minraise seems to me as if he wants people to stay in the pot.

Because you're the chipleader and have already put in the BB I would call and then fold to a bet on the flop if you miss. Even if you hit a king you can't be sure that Villain doesn't have a K with a better kicker.

He can't call without a really big hand and you don't really care if you lose this one.

Villain can't be that solid, if he's raising he should be pushing. Villain doesn't have enough chips to bluff so I fold.
