Commerce 1-2 3 handed bottom set/quads

Three handed, Bruce is btn, guy who's name I forgot is BB but has been getting kicked in the nuts all day and is playing very weak-tight.

Pre: BTN raise, Hero 3 bet SB w/33, BB cap, call, call.

Flop: A63 two spades. Hero checks (?), BB checks, BTN bets, hero raises (?), BB 3 bets, BTN makes the "somebody's gonna cap it" speech and caps it.

Turn: 7 spade. Hero leads, BB raises, BTN insta 3 bets, Hero calls, BB folds.

River: 3. Hero bets?

3 easy questions: Lead flop or not, c/r flop or not, lead river or not, and why? I feel like I could have gotten a little more value out of the hand, but am unsure cause I'm getting at least 3 bets if I cracked a set on the river.
