Default Hollywood (FL) Hard Rock MTT\'s

Hello all, this is my first post. Been enjoying reading through the forums though, lots of great information.

I'm looking to get involved with some of the MTT's that take place at the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida. However, I am new to the tourney scene, and I'm not really sure how it all works. Just a couple quick questions, any information is greatly appreciated!

1) When do you normally sign up for the tournaments? I've seen various times, some say 9 AM the day of the tournament, etc...

2) Where exactly do you sign up? Do you go up to one of the kiosk type things they have, is that where you sign up?

3) When you sign up, what exactly do you have to do? Are you just giving them a name? How do you know when and where to go once the tournament is starting?

4) How busy are these tournaments? I would mainly be interested in the weekend tournaments, with perhaps sometimes going to some of the weekday ones. Do they normally fill up, or do most of the tournaments not even happen? I realize with the July 1st ruling that tournaments have taken a hit because of the new NL rules, is it really that bad though?

5)Do you pay when you sign up or do you pay once the tournament is starting?

Thanks everyone for any and all help and I look forward to your responses.

1) You can sign up as late as 5 minutes before start, but you'll be less stressed and wait in a shorter line if you sign early.
2) There are two extremes of the poker area. One is for cash (near the complex) and the other is for tourney sigh up(closer to the hotel)
3) Give them a name and some money, they give you two receipts. Hold on to them for dear life, if you misplace them, you are screwed.
4) can't tell you about the weekends. The weekday tourney I played was pretty full, and reasonably well run, although a little screwy at times.
5) Pay at the signup, not at the table.

Now somebody go ahead and give the obv goofball responses, and tell the OP to call the casino and ask.

Thank you very much for your responses. Of course, I'll also get information from the casino, just wanted to ask from some of the people that were familiar with the MTT's at the Hard Rock.
