Beating the Cold

I have always done well while the weather was warmer, as I could ride the moped to class. However when it gets cold I dont ride it because it doesnt run as good. How do you get motivated to walk to class when its cold outside? What does everyone do to beat the winter?

in college i was so lazy/cold that i factored distance from dorm room into my course scheduling. and my campus was tiny.

other than that, skip class and drink

I was thinking about buying like 30 sets of long johns. Or setting up these cool recorders that record at a certain time of day. Hide them in the class rooms pick them up once a week. Probally just buy a new coat gloves hat etc.
