Btn has been at the table for 4 hands

Is smooth calling PF ok? or is this a 100% 3 bet situation?

I would c/r the flop. If villain checks behind you, bet a non-scary turn.

Alternatively, you could 3-bet PF and you'll have a solid idea on where you stand (if he 4bets or even just calls, he usually has QQ+, AQ/AK+).

BTW, it's obvious that you led the flop because you left the font color in red.

For me, this is 100% 3bet situation. We are OOP and do not want to see the flop. We wanna take it down right there.

Since we opted for the call, I like the C/R line thing85 suggested. It displays a lot of strength, but is also read dependent. Since BTN is unknown, I am probably stacking off here. If a good TAG player shoves over my C/R however, I fold.

Standard is to 3 bet...In this situation a 3 bet is even much stronger since button could be raising light to punish the 2 limpers..

As played I would like a read on button but most likely a C/R is good..
