ePassporte problems

I signed up about a month ago using my usual screen name. After the money FINALLY hit my bank, I confirmed my bank account. A couple days later I was ready to load, so I go to log into ePassporte and it says my login is invalid.

I went to "Forgot password" and put in my ID and it says "User ID Does Not Exist". I even have emails referring to me as this ID name.

-Emailed Support last Thursday. Tomorrow makes a week with no response.
-Tried calling support, busy signal all day.

Very disappointed, but I'm hoping someone has some ideas.
