Villain was 36/0/4 over 53 hands. Pretty terrible player overall. I would normally straight up fold to the c/r on the flop, but with an AF of 4, I figured he could be doing this with a lot of hands.

Based on your reads it looks like you lost a lot of value. With his AF of 4 I would be happy to get it in on the flop so I would definately 3 bet him.
