Default Preflop does Matter

WCOOP $1050 yesterday. I have 65k. I really, really messed this hand up preflop. I don't know why I smoothcalled.

Blinds 600/1200. I have 65k. Jus2Awsum is the original raiser in MP, he makes it 3600, I call with J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the CO, and the guy behind me who has about 90k makes it 15000.

This is the 3rd time I've seen this type of squeeze after like 3 hours on the table with him. One time he had AA, the other time he sat there ran his timer down and folded.

Jus2Awsum folds by the way.

Whats the best game plan?

I don't think flat calling initially is bad.

I shove now like most other ppl said.

I might call and get it in on any board without an ace

I'd definitely 3bet, as played, I'd fold. I guess I'm missing something since everyone wants to shove here.

Villain's obviously not a habitual squeezer if he's done it 3 times in 3 hours, once with AA. You could easily be crushed here by a bigger pair, you might get called by {TT, 99} although it's a tough spot for those hands because your line looks like either a resqueeze with a mediocre hand or {AA, KK}, you have enough chips that I don't think you're actively seeking out a race against {AK, AQ}. I think a shove is extremely risky and is barely +cEV, if it is at all.
