valuebet 4-flush board w TPNK (93o :) ) HU IP
Loosepassive opponents as usual.
Is this river valuebet or check behind? There isn't much difference holding AA (no diamond) and 93o in this river spot, right? Check. I'd value bet trips though. Too thin and you have no kicker as played. Not sure if A9 is a vb or not, close.

No Clarkmeister b/f vs predictable loose-passive?
Hmm. He'd need to have and call w/4x, 33,66-88. He could ahve been drawing to the gutshot w/Ax but is he loose enough to call A-high - maybe not. Will he fold better nine? Maybe, probably not often. He's not going to fold a set nor a small flush if he's very loose. Dunno, maybe check is best although I think folding the a raise is eeeasy. |

Re: valuebet 4-flush board w TPNK (93o :) ) HU IP
Maybe I remember the Clarkmeister this time... thanks for reminding me - again.
The reason for checking behind here is that we are not good 50% when called (he might not call w/4x, or 66-88 and probably not with A-high on such a scary board) and the LPP villain won't fold enough better hands to compensate. |

Really easy check behind. Not only has that river put a 4 flush on the board, it's paired one of the flop cards.

Since you are behind a random hand don't see a value-bet
