Ugh. This is bad. You committed yourself with that river bet. I would've considered checking. Besides, with the pot at 3K and you just over 2K, I'd rather push than throw out 1K. I don't see how to fold getting 6:1 with TPTK, after putting in over 70% of your stack.

Raise more on the flop (700-800). If you are going to bet river, just shove. Checking behind isn't bad either.

Raise more on the flop and just check the river. You only beat QJ and KQ that a sane player will call any bet with.
