NL100 - AQ against likely premium pocket pair
No reads of opponent. I find turn quite interesting. Would you give a free card (and a draw to my queen high flush) and hope that the opponent calls a river bet or fire again on turn? Some people don't believe in bet/check/bet lines. I think the opponent has something like JJ-KK large majority of time.

Re: NL100 - AQ against likely premium pocket pair
Without no history and in a vaccum I don't mind a check at all turn and then value betting/calling/raising all in depedning on action/river card

It would be a crime w/o the Q of hearts, but yeah, I like it here.
