Stars & FTP missing HH directories

I'm trying to help a friend get their setup going again after a complete computer crash.

So he re-loaded the Stars and Full Tilt clients, and PT - but when we went into PT to set up the HH directories, they weren't there. Neither client had the normal HH directory.

He played a couple hands on Stars to see if the file would be created, but it wasn't there when we tried again.

Any ideas? Please help!
