Why didn't you bet the turn? His turn bet looks super weak, most likely a draw (45, club draw, etc). I'd b/f turn. If he calls then I probably c/c river unless the club came.

TT on a Q high flop is not the same thing as top pair middle kicker. Definitely bet the turn again, folding to a raise.
