No. If the bank will allow you to deposit poker checks, they should allow you to start your account with them. You're going to have to just try it, we don't work at your bank so we can't tell you if they're going to give you trouble. But they shouldn't.

Just don't tell them its a poker check. Its not like the check has Online Poker written on it. I use to deposit my poker checks into my USBank account all the time. If u use the search feature, there is one case were a well know player (Rekrul) had trouble with USBank. Of course he problaby wasd dealing with 6 firgures.
