DogWatch Handgrabber
I've recently started to use PokerTracker. Lately, I've been playing a lot on Bodog. I downloaded the Dogwatch software, but it never recognizes a table. I've been playing $10NL to $100NL. DW website says that not all tables are recognized for trial version. I don't want to spend a dime if I am unsure whether the product works at all. Has anyone been unable to use DW w/demo version at these or similar limits, then purchased full version?

Re: DogWatch Handgrabber
DWHG had a lot of problems at first and should not have tried to sell their product until it was running better, but that aside it works great for me now.
I don't know what sort of problem you're having, but they have support forums at their site and you're probably better off asking for help there. |

Re: DogWatch Handgrabber
What's the advantage over just using pokertracker?

Re: DogWatch Handgrabber
Bodog doesn't write hand histories to any kind of file, so they're impossible to import into PokerTracker without some kind of handgrabber. At the moment, Dogwatch is the only one, and it seems to work reasonably well.

Re: DogWatch Handgrabber
I had the same problem, all you have to do is run Bodog and Dogwatch in Administrator mode. Right click on the icon and you will see it.

Re: DogWatch Handgrabber
I'd avoid DW like the plague. All i have is issues and their response is "it will be resolved during the next upgrade."
