NL 1/2 - TP and OESD to pot-bet with 5 behind
NL 1/2 7-handed at the moment
CO likes making big pots preflop, no other reads on him or others. Everyone has $200 or more behind. Is this a call/fold or pot-sized raise (though that seems awful with that many behind us, I think?) 3 limps, Hero limps button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Button raises to $4, everybody calls, seven to flop (!) Flop 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP checks, CO bets $28, Hero? |

I'm assuming this was live, A case could be made for either calling or raising here. I prefer the raise, possibly jam to maximize FE.

Re: NL 1/2 - TP and OESD to pot-bet with 5 behind
you are beat by so many hands - especially if this is a live game. I fold - i dont think this is that strong of a hand. Ur beat by 88, 77, 66, 67, 78, T9, 54, A8s, K8s - all of which are viable hands in a live family pot. You only have $4 invested in this hand.
