Re: 50 NL, AA facing turn raise
Passive player gets aggressive on the turn and you only hold 1 pair...looks like a fold to me. (Check out the Baluga Theorem (sp?) when you get a chance using the search function.
With a read/prior history, this could be a call...readless, the guy limp/called a raise, flat called flop, and raised turn. 22/66 are the likely candidates here. |

Re: 50 NL, AA facing turn raise
this is one of the spots where it's REALLY hard to fold AA, but imo it's correct.

Re: 50 NL, AA facing turn raise
I played a similar hand yesterday on NL25.
Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter) SB: $17.50 BB: $42.20 Hero (UTG): $24.40 CO: $13.55 BTN: $24.40 Reads: <font color="blue">Villain is loose passive : 55/10</font> Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players) <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.00</font>, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75 Flop: ($2.10) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $2.00</font>, BB calls $2.00 Turn: ($6.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $5.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $11.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $21.40</font>, BB calls $10.40 River: ($48.90) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In) Pot Size: $48.90 ($2 Rake) BB had 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (two pair, Sixes and Fours) and WON (+$22.50) Hero had A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and LOST (-$24.40) So I guess it's a fold ...
