The purpose is for some singing and give myself a 'monitor' (which helps a lot).
But I don't know how. I have an EMU 404 soundcard which is a little technical, and the usb is your standard logitech webcam which also functions as a microphone. |

My computer, control panel, sounds and audio devices, press the first advanced button, uncheck the mute box for microphone (if you only see wave, cd audio, line in, etc.. and don't see microphone, click on options and make sure it's checked for show the following volume controls) make sure the volume output for the mic isn't too much otherwise you'll be getting a lot of feedback.

You should still be able to use it like a regular microphone if it is the preferred device for sound recording.
Also, make sure you disable AEC, this cancels out the echo. http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/...p?p_faqid=2837 To see if it is the preferred device for sound recording, follow the instructions here: http://logitech-en-amr.custhelp.com/cgi-...;p_sp=undefined Let me know if it works. |
