5/10 NL live
This was one of the first times I played this game about a 6 months ago. I have about 4k at the start of the hand villain has 3k. Very agg table. UTG with KK. I limp in. Two limpers behind me. Button is super agg raises to 75. Folded to me I re raise to 250. He calls. Flop is 8s 4c 2h. I bet out 350 he calls. Turn is 3h . I bet out 800 he says "I have too many outs to fold" and calls. River is 5d. I check he pushes. I end up folding and he shows TT . I feel i should have made a blocking bet on the river of about 900. Also one reason i checked is for him to try to bluff like he did, but I did not call. I feel it has to do with the fact that it was one of my first few times playing and i was still in transition from 2/5 to 5/10 and was not used to plaaying for that much money.

Re: 5/10 NL live
Raise more preflop, bet more on flop, shove turn.

I bet out 800 he says "I have too many outs to fold" and calls. [/ QUOTE ] How would he get here with a hand that has outs? Also when people say this they are almost always trying to misrepresent what they have so that should be taken into consideration. As played , it's a gross river, but this merely comes down to hand reading.....what hand with an A in it would possibly get to the river this way aside from AA? |
