Never seen the villain before but only been playing here for a month or so. He's 40/14/1.25 over a very small sample.

first, its a raise not a reraise.
just call the river, you are closer to overplaying than underplaying your hand by capping the turn (not that i have a problem with the line). finally, do we even need reraise ever? bet raise raise cap. no ambiguity there. |

I like the turn cap, as a set is much more likely than a flush given preflop and flop. But just call now. He'd have to really be overplaying AK with the Kd for you to get value by raising.
