You should probably prohibit people from spamming their travel blogs. Either through OPs like "Hey check out my blog at travelingineurope.blogspot.com" or "...and then behind me I heard the unmistakable roar of a lion. Click here to read the rest."

Some wiseass is going to post something like "my trip down the street to 7/11" so indicate that you'll delete stupid TRs.

You should include sites and strategies for getting cheap airfare in the sticky. This should eliminate a lot of unwanted posts.

I think an official airline horror stories thread would be good because, let's face it, no one wants to hear about how many hours your flight was delayed or how you missed being able to do this or that as a result or how terrible the customer service was. It would be better if all of these complaints were collected in one place.

Some kind of advice guide for first time travelers would be nice.

I'm considering my first trip overseas and as someone completely clueless about the process I'm finding it a bit overwhelming. Enough to not want to bother with it.

I'm going to be traveling through Europe for a month starting in a week and a half. Is some sort of thread with pictures and trip reports as the month goes by appropriate here? I'd keep it contained to the one thread I'd have started. Let me know.
