If it had not been the only other stack at the table that could bust me easy push on flop.

If u fold the river you should have folded the turn.
Villain could easily play AQ like this, you only loose vs AA and KK since unlikely he has QQ or JJ or even less likely K10. I did not like the call at the miniraise on the flop, you are way ahead at that point with very little chances of improving, just make him pay for it. |

Whole hand is bad, betting so small and just calling the min raise OOP on the flop is really terrible IMO.
