My girlfriend and I are locked in bitter strife over a very stupid and silly issue.
I will describe the two positions, each of which is held adamantly by one of us. The issue in question is in regards to the proper way to play miniture golf (putt-putt, goofy golf, etc.). It has to do with the order in which players take their shots. In the following example there will be three people playing, call them players A, B, and C. Way Number 1: Each player takes their strokes in rotation (player A hits once, player B hits once, player C hits once, player A hits once, player B hits once, player C hits once, etc.) Way Number 2: Each player plays the hole through to completion (player A hits until his ball goes in, player B hits until his ball goes in, player C hits until his ball goes in) Which of the following is correct or the best way to play? |

This has literally become a holy war between us, neither of us willing to budge. Both of us have seemingly valid reasons for our positions as well.
I will wait until a sufficient number of votes have been collected to say which side I'm on. |

You're both wrong. The player with the ball farthest from the hole plays first.
