The villain is a thinking player, and sees me as a gambler. He had taken a previous pot from me, two hands ago, by bluffing a second barrel and with pure air. Then, this hand comes:
Effective Stacks 1000 Six Handed B&M. Villan in MP raises to 80 Hero is in the BB and calls with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] The flop ($165) comes 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]; K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]; 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]; Hero checks, Villain bets 150, Hero calls. Turn ($465): 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Hero checks Villain bets 300 Hero thinks, and calls. River ($1065): 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Hero goes allin (around $400). Comments appreciated. |

h8t it. You'll need about a psb behind on river vs most ppl to get them to go "oh, u got the nutz?" and muck their teepee.
If you were planning on getting all your stack in, you would be better off cr'ing flop then shoving all turns. That way if you get called you at least have some equity in the pot. If you get called on the river, you definitely do not. |

It seems like the general consensus is that the line sucks. Maybe, but you also know that in B&M there are a lot more info to be considered. I put this guy on 55-TT, based on several past hands.
Anyway, I think the 8 in the river could make him fold, but definitely not sure if it is +EV in the long term. RESULTS: He thought for 5 minutes, and then mucked 66. |

lol if it took him five minutes to fold 6s then your line is really, really bad.
