Your credit is [censored].
Hope your parents don't mind getting phone calls from bill collectors. |

Re: Jail or no Jail?
I like how your name is "Huge_degenr8" and you have one post. I say there's about a 98% chance that this "friend" your talking about is you.
Don't really know what will happen to you though. My guess is that your credit gets screwed but that's about it. |

Re: Jail or no Jail?
This might be my intuition but I've a sneaking suspicion that you may know more about this so called friend than you let on. I'll leave the tough detective work up to others. Good luck buying a house/car/getting a loan etc. Go to GA so on and so forth.

[ QUOTE ]
I know... I deserve that. I maybe even deserve jail.. But I am hoping to avoid it. I have been addicted to a lot of drugs and things in my life, but NOTHING that even compares to gambling. I know my credit is ruined. I fully expect to be called every name in the book, but if I dont fix my life, I am def. going to kill someone or myself. [/ QUOTE ] Please go with option b. But if you must go with a, at least pick a pedophile or something. k thx. |

Re: Jail or no Jail?
[ QUOTE ]
After loosing everything of importance in his life. My FRIEND decided that he def. have a gambling problem. Tried to stop tons of times, was a winning player for years but something changed. Anyway, After battling NO DEPOSIT, -AHH forget it IM bored AND DUE illness for about a year.. He decided that I would end this once and for all.. He deposited like 1k to poker/sportsbooks and then told them all to piss off, canceled the checks. ( someone else must have done it) I know he has been contacted by neteller, Stars, etc... What repercussions do you think there will be? I know he actually has enough to cover the deposits, but it was kinda the only way to quit I guess. Its total scumbag thing to do, but its kind of self preservation and in a strange way, a step forward.. Do you think he could actually go to jail? Or will it just mess up his credit? Have to deal with harassment? Thanks.. Flame away, but please put answers in too [/ QUOTE ] Just call me Sherlock Holmes. |
