KK line. low board/draw-heavy/ board pair the works.
Hero and Villain have 800 behind. 3-6 6 handed. Villain is playing solid, not too weak-not too strong, nothing spectacular. Hero is playing his usual brand of great poker.
Hero is dealt KK UTG+1. Villain is on button. Hero raises to 20. Folds to Villain who calls. Blinds fold. Flop: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero bets 35. Villain raises to 85. Hero calls. Turn: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Hero checks. Villain bets 110. Hero calls. River: 8. Hero bets 150. Villain calls. Standard? I was shown 74 for the straight. Do we just check fold river if he bets instead? That seems to suck since i see him playing 99 QQ the same way. I hate being OOP If i was in position the whole hand, and i call the turn bet of 110, do i just open fold the river when he bets 200? |
