Default (16s) AKs ITM. he thinks he made good laydown...

stacks before blinds which are 300/600 a50

button: 2525
BB (hero): 3030
sb: 7945

hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. button shoves, SB isolates, hero folds....

a post from his

The Fold has to be +EV there.

Chances are one of those players has an Ace and my outs are limited. I def shove with AK but calling there is a bit trivial IMO.
(probably results oriented analysis, since button turned over K8 and SB turned over TT, which held)

im thinking how trivial is it, look at your stack, and you have a premium...

am i wrong?

Folding is awful. His analysis is equally bad. Who cares if someone else has an ace (as long as it isn't AK)...

What makes this especially terrible is that hero will still get second as long as he doesn't lose to button. But it would be a call anyway.

OMG....Easiest shove in my life...thats a no-brainer
With which hand do you wanna risk your chips, if not with AK?
Are you waiting for Aces on the line?
As you allready saw..the SB can isolate with a wide range...The worst thing which could happen is, that the Button takes it all...But thats just absurd. If the SB wins, you`re out in second, but you got your money in in the right spot. NEVER fold, only if Villain have PFR of 0,5% at this level..

from level 3 on...I'm perfectly comfortable getting all my chips in with AK.

You guys are n00bs. This is a perfect laydown because AK wins less than 10% of the time against AA, which SB always has here.
