Instructions to train memory
Are there books that can be recommended regarding training the memory? There are some systems that can, applied correctly, lead to astonishing results, but i don't want to waste my time with bad books.
Thanks! |

Re: Instructions to train memory
I read one book that really improved my memory. Excellent topic list, reasonably priced, and well ordered.... but I can't remember the title.

Re: Instructions to train memory
I've used Mega Memory by Kevin Trudeau. You have to do the exercises of course.

Re: Instructions to train memory
Harry Lorayne has some good stuff. Most of his books have similar material, so any one will do.
