Default pokerroom software is so bad that it puts me on tilt.

Huge black boxes will appear all over the table while I am playing. Sometimes I can only see one of my cards. When I try to get rid of the black bozes or play my hand "in the dark" I accidentally click leave table, and it doesn't ask me for a confirmation. This is costing me too much money to be worth the bonus. Screw these guys.

I can't even find their phone number on the website. WTF? They want me to fill out a form? Screw that. I'm cashing out.

I gave up on the sign-up bonus as well. Could not stand playing there. Hard to see the cards and play was too slow.

It was going to take forever for the bonus to clear.

Hollywood Poker (on the same software) was worse.

Is there a way for the software not to suck? The bonus is pretty good. Maybe iit has somesomething to do with the new pokerace HUD being only a beta version. For now, I've cashed out. I'd rather play with no bonus that deal with that garbage.

how much ram do you have on your puter? i think the problem with blacking out is not enough ram, but i agree with you that the software should be much better than it is as long as they have been around.

somehow it seems they are more interested in bells and whistles than with a solid platform. there are too many things that are nonstandard for no particular reason. it is hard to tell which of your opponents have cards and what their chipstack is if i remember right. the sitout and sitin toggle is very nonintuitive when you want to addon chips.

but i love their stats and win loss diary. it is the very betst on the net, i believe.

It's the best software in the whole online poker industry...you'd better change your PC or learn how to configure it....

I've played around 30,000 hands on the network and have not had those problems. The only issue I have there is the slow downs when I have PA and PT running. But I've taken care of that. I wouldn't say its the best software, but I like it much better then a lot of the sites out there.

my video card is 256mbddr memory, smoothvision 2.1 technology, smartshader 2.0 technology, hydravision dual display support, hyper z III+ technology. I don't have problems eight tabling party until maybe 1500 hands or so when the memory leak kicks in. I don't always have those problems though. I always run PT+PAHUD.

edit: I'm usually listening to music on my computer while I play also
